Thank you for shopping at Holly & Brooks. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase.

Intimates are not eligible for return or exchange.


Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned.


Items eligible for a return must be in its original condition, all tags must be attached and items cannot be used or worn.


Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for returns.


Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.


Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Please note that some banking institutions take up to 10 days to refund the money to your account once we have processed in on our end.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the US.
All in-stock items will ship the same day, Monday through Friday, if orders are placed before 2pm EST. After 2pm EST, orders will go out the next business day. All orders placed on major U.S holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Free standard shipping normally takes 2-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
Please note that some items have limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Please also be aware that your order may be shipped in more than one package. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
